Abstract
Objective To provide patients with full-process intelligent guidance accompanying service,fast consultation,improve the consultation experience,shorten the consultation time of the patients,and improve the satisfaction of the patients.Methods The hospital consultation process is deeply integrated with the positioning and navigation technology,based on the hospital map and the hospital outdoor positioning technology,which can carry out the navigation in the hospital and outside the surrounding buildings.Results By integrating the hospital space and location data,and the medical consultation process,we provide patients with a more efficient,convenient and humanized medical experience.Conclusion Continuously digging deep to improve patients'medical service needs from the patients'perspective,exploring the use of information technology to expand the space and content of medical services,combining the Internet with the Internet of Things technology,and realizing the intelligent assisted navigation of patients'medical links by means of information technology.关键词
