Abstract
At present,the traditional predictive management model can not fully meet the current business model of the race against time,and the agile management model is more in line with the changing needs of the current users.However,the disadvantage of agile management lies in the difficulty of risk management and control,as well as the immaturity of its response strategy.This paper introduces the concepts of agile project management and risk management,briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of both,analyzes the risk identification and coping strategies in agile project management,and looks forward to the subsequent development.关键词
