Development Status and Promotion Mechanism of the Core Competence of Shenzhen Design Industry
摘要
Abstract
As a world-famous design capital,the core ability of its design industry needs to be solved urgently.From the perspective of the core competence of the design art industry,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with design-related enterprises in Shenzhen based on the five dimensions of human resources,market demand,industrial development,government support and innovation atmosphere.The study found that the design industry in human resources,market demand and innovation atmosphere,and the strength of industrial development;the government support is pragmatic.Based on this,it is proposed to improve the core capacity of the design industry in Shenzhen,such as establishing industry working standards,consolidating the foundation of industry-university-research cooperation in the design field,and establishing and improving the intellectual property guarantee mechanism.关键词
