摘要

Abstract

The marketing transformation path and new growth points of Internet new retail are explored to optimize user experience through precise marketing,social media interaction and personalized recommendation system,and at the same time,new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis are utilized to improve operational efficiency and achieve the continuous expansion of market scale.New business models such as online-offline integration(O2O model),social e-commerce and content e-commerce are specifically analyzed,and the changes in consumers'demand for personalization and customization as well as the trend of green and sustainable consumption are discussed in-depth,providing practical strategies and methods for Internet new retail enterprises to respond to the market competition and fast-changing consumer demand,and to promote the industry's continuous innovation and development.
