Abstract
The essence of digitalization is to"master the real with the virtual",which is the modeling of objective affairs and the operation law.Digital transformation is to"data as the soul",to achieve data,business"full link",in order to achieve greater advantages in operational excellence,leading products,close to the customer and other corporate competitive strategies.Based on the data value life cycle,we can evaluate and guide the enterprise informationization and digitalization construction to a certain extent.In the perspective of data value life cycle explains the transformation relationship of data in different value development stages,as well as enterprise informationization digital construction application focus.The informatization stage mainly focuses on acquiring data from business processes,and the stronger the correlation between data and business objects,the greater the effectiveness of informatization construction.The digitalization stage focuses on the identification of information causality and the use of its rules,through the data,business"full link"to feed the business process,to enhance business capabilities.Enterprise digital transformation is a self-fighting battle,we need to actively seek the fit between business change and digitization,in-depth analysis of data.关键词
