摘要

Abstract

Allosteric proteins are a class of proteins with specific allosteric effects,and the exploration of their variousness allosteric mechanisms greatly enriches the activity and selectivity of the functional library of proteins.The investigation of the allosteric effects and their regulatory mechanisms is of great significance for the expansion of protein functions,drug discovery and signal transmit.We summarize recent the functions and classification of allosteric proteins,regulatory mechanisms,structural analysis,rational prediction of allosteric sites,and modification of artificial allosteric proteins,and comprehensively analyze the On-Off conformational regulation,cooperative allosteric regulation,and indirect allosteric regulation mechanisms of allosteric proteins,current research difficulties and possible corresponding strategies so as to provide theoretical support for the rational design of allosteric protein.
