摘要

Abstract

Flavonoids,as a class of natural products,are widely used in medicine,food,cosmetics and other field,due to their biological functions such as anti-inflammatory,oxidation resistance,neuroprotective,anticancer,antibacterial and antiviral.Most flavonoids possess their similar structures and exist at very low concentrations in natural plant sources,whose isolation and chemical identification are usually quite challenging.Therefore,how to obtain high-purity flavonoid products is a hot issue in the field.In recent years,novel porous materials,such as metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)and covalent organic frameworks(COFs),demonstrated great potential for the application in sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation due to their high specific surface area and excellent pore structures.Herein we reviewed the recent progress of MOFs and COFs,as separation materials,in the sample pretreatment and separation of flavonoids.The structural characteristics and separation properties of the two POFs materials are discussed in detail,and their application prospects are prospected,in order to provide a reference for the development of new MOFs and COFs for separation and purification of nutural products.
