Abstract
Objective:To construct early warning grading criteria and intervention plan for monitoring dynamic intra-abdominal pressure in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)undergoing enteral nutrition.Methods:Retrieve China and foreign literature,the draft of early warning grading criteria and intervention plan for monitoring dynamic intra-abdominal pressure in SAP patients undergoing enteral nutrition was drafted.2 rounds of inquiry with experts were conducted by Delphi expert inquiry method,and the early warning grading criteria and intervention plan for monitoring dynamic intra-abdominal pressure in SAP patients undergoing enteral nutrition were formed.Results:The questionnaire response rates of 2 rounds of expert consultation both were 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.918,the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.077 to 0.156 and ranged from 0.056 to 0.167,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.353 and 0.331(P<0.001),respectively.The final constructed early warning grading criteria and intervention plan for monitoring dynamic intra-abdominal pressure in SAP patients undergoing enteral nutrition included 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 26 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The early warning grading criteria and intervention plan for monitoring dynamic intra-abdominal pressure in SAP patients undergoing enteral nutrition constructed in this study have certain scientific and practical significance,which is beneficial for guiding clinical practice.关键词
