Abstract
To promote the construction of forest resources and functional enhancement as well as long-term maintenance on Changdao,based on the analysis of Changdao's natural environmental condi-tions,current state of forest resources,existing issues in conservation management,and societal de-mands for forest functions,Changdao's woodlands have been divided into four main forest functional zones:North and South Changshan Islands as Forest Ecological Restoration and Eco—Tourism Area,Three Western Islands as Water Conservation and Economic Forest Zone,Uninhabited Island as Mountainous Hilly Forest Ecological Conservation Area,and North Five Islands as Soil and Water Conservation Forest Zone.Discussions were conducted separately regarding the regional scope,char-acteristics,functional positioning,and protection and utilization measures for each functional zone.关键词
