数字乡村对农业强国的影响机制与政策启示
The influence mechanism and policy implications of digital villages on agricultural powers
摘要
Abstract
Focusing Under the background of rural revitalization,it is urgent to become an agricultural power in pursuing com-mon prosperity and realizing the goal of socialist agricultural modernization and digital rural construction is an effective way to help achieve an agricultural power.Based on the panel data of 26 provinces from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of digi-tal rural construction on agricultural power,and finds that digital rural construction is conducive to promoting the construction of agricultural power.Through the test of regulatory effect,it also finds that the improvement of rural social security level and rural living standards can strengthen the promotion role of digital rural construction on agricultural power.Therefore,this paper sug-gests that the level of digital rural construction should be improved in multiple ways,and horizontal and vertical coordination mechanisms should be established to make social security resources more targeted to support the development of digital agricul-ture and accelerate the transformation of China from a large agricultural country to a powerful agricultural power.关键词
