超声收缩期峰值血流速度、阻力指数与乳腺癌组织中Survivin、基质金属蛋白酶-11、人类表皮生长因子受体2关系研究
Relationship between ultrasonic PSV,RI and Survivin,MMP-11,HER2 in breast cancer tissues

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),Resist-ance Index(RI)and Survivin,matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)in breast cancer tissues.Methods:A total of 60 patients with breast cancer were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with benign breast lesions in the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent surgical treatment and were detected by ultrasound before operation.Preoperative RI and PSV values were compared between the two groups,and the expressions of Survivin,MMP-11 and HER2 in postoperative cancer tis-sues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between expressions of Survivin,MMP-11,HER2 and ultrasonic RI and PSV values was analyzed.Results:The RI and PSV values in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The expression positive rates of Survivin,MMP-11 and HER2 in observa-tion group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in RI,PSV,Sur-vivin,MMP-11 and HER2 expression among patients with different lesion diameter and clinical stage,and among pa-tients with or without lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).The expressions of Survivin,MMP-11 and HER2 in cancer tissues were positively correlated with PSV and RI values(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonographic detec-tion of RI and PSV values is valuable for preoperative diagnosis of breast cancer.RI and PSV values are correlated with Survivin,MMP-11 and HER2 expression in breast cancer tissues.Survivin,MMP-11 and HER2 play an impor-tant role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.关键词
