低硅铝比X型分子筛的金属阳离子改性
Investigation on metal cation modification of low Si/Al X zeolite

Abstract
A series of metal cation modified low silicon/aluminum ratio X-type zeolite(LSX)adsorbents were prepared by a liquid-phase ion exchange method.The modified adsorbents were characterized by ICP,XRD,SEM and other techniques.The ion exchange conditions and drying processes were optimized and the adsorption properties were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that Ca-LSX and Sr-LSX exhibit higher nitrogen adsorption capacities,with Sr-LSX achieving the best nitrogen-oxygen separation effect.Ce-LSX is more suitable for oxygen adsorption.Ion exchange and drying of LSX at 25℃ effectively prevent the destruction of the zeolite structure,leading to optimal adsorption performance.Introducing an appropriate amount of Sr into Ca-LSX slightly reduces nitrogen adsorption capacity but significantly increases the nitrogen-oxygen separation coefficient from 3.96 to 4.35.关键词
