Two-step preparation of bagasse-based carbon nanotubes

通过两步法制备蔗渣基碳纳米管(CNTs),首先利用微波热解蔗渣得到生物质热解气,再将热解气作为碳源通入负载Fe基催化剂的管式炉中制备CNTs,利用XRD、SEM、Raman光谱等方法表征CNTs的微观结构.实验结果表明,生物质热解气通过化学气相沉积制备CNTs是一种较好的方法,制备的CNTs管壁光滑完整,Raman光谱中D峰与G峰的强度比小于0.5,2D峰与G峰的强度比大于0.8,说明制备的CNTs石墨化程度较好、纯度高,为蔗渣废弃物资源化提供了新思路.

Bagasse-based carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were prepared using a two-step method.First,biomass pyrolysis gas was obtained through microwave pyrolysis of bagasse.This gas was then used as a carbon source in a tube furnace loaded with Fe-based catalysts to synthesize CNTs.The CNTs'microstructure was characterized by XRD,SEM,and Raman spectroscopy.The results indicate that using biomass pyrolysis gas for CNT preparation via chemical vapor deposition is effective.The produced CNTs have smooth and intact tube walls,with Raman spectra showing D peak to G peak intensity ratios below 0.5 and 2D peak to G peak intensity ratios above 0.8.This indicates a high degree of graphitization and high purity,offering a new approach for valorizing bagasse waste.
