摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the performance improvement strategies and specific performance parameters for the state-of-the-art efficiency devices of perovskite solar cells with the structure of n-i-p or p-i-n from 2017 to 2023.By means of comparing the performance parameters of cells with the same structure at various stages,the impact of different strategies on performance was clarified.With the analysis of the performance improvement strategies used in cells with different structures from various periods,the evolution of the forefront development direction of perovskite solar cells was visualized.It is hoped that these findings will serve as a reference to guide the production of devices with higher performance.关键词
