摘要

Abstract

The methods such as fire dynamics simulation,component temperature field analysis,structural stress analysis under fire temperature,and microscopic analysis of concrete structures to evaluate and identify damage to structure affected by fire of subway vehicle operation depot.Combining with fire dynamics simulation and ANSYS finite element software,the thermal analysis and thermal structure coupling analysis of the structure are completed under the high-temperature environment of the fire scene,the internal temperature distribution of the structure un-der the temperature of a fire is simulate.The performance degradation of the steel bars is inferred after being exposed to fire to obtain the stress and displacement status of the structure.Analyzing the cross-sectional damage and inter-nal microscopic characteristics of reinforced concrete structures subjected to water-cooled fire extinguishing,it is concluded that the sudden cooling of the surface of the high-temperature concrete causes concrete cracking,which is the main reason for the weakening of the cross-section of the concrete under fire;Based on the analysis of the mi-croscopic characteristics of the concrete structure under fire and the results of ANSYS finite element calculation,due to the low thermal conductivity of concrete,the depth,which the temperature of the concrete structure reaches 300 ℃ in a continuous high-temperature environment of 1 200 ℃ for two hours,is only within the range of 5~6 cm from the surface,indicating that the internal influence of the concrete structure is relatively smaller within two hours of high-temperature burning.
