污泥焚烧灰渣资源化利用分析
Analysis of Resource Utilization of Sludge Incineration Ash
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of sewage treatment capacity in China,the excessive accumulation of sludge has become urgent problem.At present,sludge incineration is the most commonly method for heat treatment of sludge.Due to the similar composition to solid wastes of fly ash and coal gangue,and the pozzolanic activity,sludge incin-eration ash(SIA)has recently been applied in engineering to assist in producing cement subgrade materials and oth-er building materials.The current state of sludge incineration treatment was summarizedin China;From the chemi-cal composition,mineral composition,and apparent morphology,the feasibility and potential adverse effects of SIA building materials utilization was analyzed;In addition,the basic principles,main methods,and applications of SIA in building materials were summarized with a focus on controlling its pozzolanic activity;Finally,the prospects of SIA building materials industry were explored to provide a reference for sludge treatment and waste resource uti-lization.关键词
