生态视域下社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系构建OA
Construction of the Evaluation System of Social Sports Instructor Training Mode from the Ecological Perspective
以查尔斯·扎斯特罗的生态系统理论为基础,构建社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系,采用文献资料、专家访谈、专家咨询、层次分析等研究方法对生态视域下社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系构建进行研究.结果认为:一级指标中的微观系统,二级指标中的管理者能力、资金支持、培训者素养以及三级指标中的社会支持、实践素养、学习氛围、培训方向和组织能力在社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系中尤为重要,以此构建社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系具有客观性和科学性.
