生态视域下社会体育指导员培训模式评价体系构建
Construction of the Evaluation System of Social Sports Instructor Training Mode from the Ecological Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Based on the ecosystem theory of Charles Zastrow,the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors is constructed.This paper studies the construction of evaluation system of training model of social sports instructors from ecological perspective by using the methods of literature,expert interview,expert consultation and hierarchical analysis.The results show that the micro-system in the first-level index,the manager's ability,fi-nancial support,trainer's accomplishment in the second-level index,and the social support,practical accomplish-ment,learning atmosphere,training direction and organizational ability in the third-level index are particularly im-portant in the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors,so it is objective and scientific to construct the evaluation system of the training model of social sports instructors based on such indexes.关键词
