Practice and Exploration on the Construction of Basic Teaching Organization of Teaching and Research Section of Logistics Engineering in Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities:Taking Suzhou University as an Example

Abstract
In order to promote local application-oriented universities to broaden and renew the ideas in the construc-tion of basic teaching organizations and give full play to the leading role of the school-running positioning and talents training,this paper makes a practical exploration with the construction of the teaching and research section of logis-tics engineering of Suzhou University as an example.This paper analyzes the construction status of the teaching and research section of logistics engineering from the aspects of introduction,operation status,teaching and research sta-tus,etc.The paper puts forward the exploration path of the construction of the teaching and research section of logis-tics engineering,that is to promote the professional growth:revising and improving teaching plan and training pro-gram;optimizing teaching organization structure of the department;developing a first-class teaching team;strengthe-ning the construction of high-quality courses and textbooks and finally strengthening the construction of the basic teaching organization system of the teaching and research section.关键词
