高校图书馆专利法律状态相关信息服务模式研究
Information Service Model Related to Patent Legal Status in University Libraries
摘要
Abstract
The data of patent legal status contain rich content and are important reference basis for patent value evaluation,market competition analysis,and patent strategy formulation.Based on the research,classification,and summary of the current situation of information services related to patent legal status carried out by domestic and foreign universities or university libraries,a three-level information service model related to patent legal status in university libraries is constructed,including service support,service methods,and service content.In-depth research is conducted on the data processing,main application scenarios,and improvement of application awareness of patent legal status,in order to provide references for university libraries to carry out in-depth intellectual property information services.关键词
