解冻卵裂期胚胎养成囊胚行植入前遗传学检测二次冷冻复苏移植后临床结局OACSTPCD

Objective:To investigate the clinical and neonatal outcomes of the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles of euploid blastocysts derived from frozen-thawed cleavage embryos undergoing blastocyst formation for preimplantation genetic testing(PGT)and re-cryopreservation,in order to provide a basis for clinicians and patients. Methods:Data of patients who underwent blastocyst biopsy and re-thawing transfer after blastocyst formation from thawed cleavage embryos in Reproductive Center of Northwest Women's & Children's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2022 were collected as experimental group(n=13).The women's age at the time of oocyte retrieval,the grade of blastocyst transferred,the indication and category of PGT were taken as matching factors for a 1:3 pairing.Matched patients with fresh blastocyst biopsy and transfer after thawing in the same period were selected as the control group(n=39).Clinical baseline characteristics,pregnancy and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:Clinical baseline characteristics,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate were similar between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in obstetric and neonatal outcomes between the two groups(P＞0.05).No major obstetrical complications and neonatal malformations were reported in the two groups. Conclusions:There were no significant differences in pregnancy rate,live birth rate and neonatal outcomes between the experimental group and control group,which provided patients with more options.
