Research progress on thin endometrium in assisted reproductive technology
摘要
Abstract
In the process of assisted reproductive technology,the appropriate endometrial thickness is the key to improving embryo implantation and pregnancy rate.Excessively thin endometrium leads to repeated implantation failure and is associated with lower rates of implantation,persistent pregnancy,and live birth.In recent years,this scientific issue has drawn more and more attention from scholars,but the treatment of thin endometrium is still an unresolved clinical problem.The minimum threshold for the definition of thin endometrium is well debated,but most studies defined endometrial thickness of less than 7 mm as thin endometrium.In IVF/ICSI infertility patients are often evaluated for embryo transfer based on the endometrial thickness,which has an important impact on the success rate of embryo transfer,and at present there is no uniform protocol for the treatment of infertile patients with thin endometrium domestic and abroad,and no effective strategy has been derived.This article aims to discuss the progress of research on the etiology,pathogenesis and the treatment strategy of thin endometrium,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of infertile patients with thin endometrium in assisted reproduction technology.关键词
