维生素D对女性卵巢激素及生育调节的研究进展
Research progress on the regulation of vitamin D on female ovarian hormones and fertility
摘要
Abstract
Currently,there have been increasing researches on the relationship between vitamin D and function of the female reproductive system which find that vitamin D affects the production of multiple ovarian hormones.Vitamin D increases ovarian reserve,promotes follicular development and ovulation,and improves uterine development and endometrial receptivity.While there is controversy over its application in assisted reproduction technology(ART).Vitamin D levels are also associated with the onset and symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and endometriosis(EMs).Furthermore,seasonal changes of vitamin D also affect fertility.In order to further explore the new idea of vitamin D applications in the prevention and treatment of infertility,this paper reviews researches on the influence of vitamin D on ovarian hormones,fertility and reproductive diseases.关键词
