Abstract
For ceramics and other sintered materials,accurate and rapid determination of the firing temperature range is a decisive part of sintering material innovation and mass production quality control.In the practice of developing low-carbon ceramics,the application of TA-1601 visual high temperature deformation analyzer can help researchers understand the change law of materials in the sintering process,quickly and accurately know the firing temperature range,and then deter-mine the firing system in large-scale production,achieving the dual effect of energy saving and carbon reduction and cost reduction.Compared with the traditional electric furnace test method,the test results of the visual high temperature de-formation analyzer are in good agreement with the traditional method.关键词
