四网融合下城市群城际铁路一体化运营标准体系研究
Research on the Integrated Operation Standard System of Intercity Railway in Urban Agglomeration Under the Integration of Four Railway Networks

Abstract
Starting from the new requirements for the development of multi-level rail transit in urban agglomerations at present in China,with the goal of integrating urban agglomerations'intercity railways into the main urban areas and connecting with urban railways and urban rail transit,this study deeply analyzes the functional positioning and technical characteristics of intercity railways in urban agglomerations,studies the main problems that restrict the integration and interconnection of the four networks,and analyzes the lack of operational technical standards and related requirements at this stage.Based on the concept of"networked operation,interconnectivity,resource sharing,and intensive utilization",the technical route and development goals for the construction of integrated operation technical standards for intercity railways in urban agglomerations are proposed.At the same time,a systematic analysis is conducted on the interconnectivity technology for achieving integrated operation throughout the entire lifecycle of the project,and an overall framework and main technical requirements are proposed,including"interconnection,interconnectivity,mutual maintenance,and mutual operation".关键词
