震灾铁路线路修复方案优化设计方法研究OA北大核心

在地震或地震引发的次生地质灾害影响下,会导致铁路线路发生错位,不仅影响铁路正常运营,严重的甚至引发铁路安全事故.针对错位线路的修复问题,以某铁路隧道线路错位为工程案例,以工程量最小为整治目标,以《铁路线路设计规范》中的规定为约束条件,以曲线综合要素计算为计算方法,提出一种铁路线路错位的修复方案,该方案能最大程度地利用原有线路进行修复以减小工程量.再结合SIMPACK仿真软件,以CRH2G型动车组参数创建三节车厢的车辆动力学仿真模型,对某隧道的线路修复方案从安全性和平稳性角度进行动力响应分析.结果表明:该线路修复长度仅比原线路长约 410 m,利用原有线路占比为 84.6%;车辆模拟运行过程中,头车和尾车的动力响应较大、中车的动力响应偏小,对头车和尾车进行主要分析后得出车辆动力学指标均满足规范限值;该线路修复方案在尽可能利用原有线路以减小工程量的同时,又满足车辆运行的安全性和平稳性.

Under the influence of earthquake or secondary geological disasters caused by earthquake,it will lead to the dislocation of railway lines,which will not only affect the normal operation of railway,but also cause serious railway safety accidents.Aiming at the problem of repairing the dislocation line,taking a railway tunnel line dislocation as an engineering case,the minimum engineering quantity as the remediation goal,the provisions in the Code for Design of Railway Line as the constraint condition,and the calculation of the comprehensive elements of the curve as the calculation method,a repair scheme for railway line dislocation is proposed,which can maximize the use of the original line for repair to reduce the amount of engineering.Combined with SIMPACK simulation software,the three-carriages simulation model of vehicle dynamics is created with the parameters of CRH2G EMU,and the dynamic response analysis of repair scheme of the tunnel line is carried out from the perspective of safety and stability.The results show that the repair length of the line is only about 410 m longer than the original line,and the proportion of using the original line is 84.6% .In the process of vehicle simulation operation,the dynamic response of the head car and the tail car is large,and the dynamic response of the middle car is small.After the main analysis of the head car and the tail car,it is concluded that the vehicle dynamics index meets the specification limit.It is proved that the repair scheme of the line can not only reduce the engineering quantity by using the original line as much as possible,but also satisfy the safety and stability of vehicle operation.
