中低速磁浮列车悬浮控制系统冗余设计方案探讨
Discussion of Redundant Design Solutions for Medium and Low Speed Maglev Train Levitation Control Systems

Abstract
Suspension control system is the core subsystem of medium and low speed maglev(MLSM),and its reliability and fault tolerance ability are crucial for the normal operation of the train.In order to improve the fault tolerance ability of the suspension control system,this thesis designs a suspension control system structure combining processor module redundancy,power supply redundancy and levitation sensor redundancy by analyzing the fault data of levitation control system in engineering applications,and the prototype of the new scheme is built by means of software design and hardware design.The processor module adopts dual-machine hot standby redundancy,the power supply adopts dual-channel DC24V redundancy,and the levitation sensor adopts double 2-vote-2 redundancy design.The reliability model of the levitation redundancy control system is established by using Markov theory,and the reliability analysis of the system is carried out.The influence of the failure rate and failure detection rate on the reliability of the levitation redundancy control system is studied.Through Simulink and Stateflow,the master-slave switch state machine model and master-slave switch control system model are established,and the logic simulation is realized.The research results show that the reliability of the levitation redundancy control system is 50% higher than that of the conventional suspension control system during the life cycle of the levitation control system.The system reliability can be effectively increased by improving the fault detection rate and reducing the failure rate of each unit.Under the premise of making appropriate fault detection and switching control strategies,the levitation control system with dual-machine hot standby redundancy design is more reliable than the conventional levitation control system,which is an effective measure to improve the reliability and fault tolerant ability of the levitation control system,and is suitable for popularization and application on medium and low speed maglev trains.关键词
