摘要

Abstract

The current increment protection may refuse to operate when a high resistance ground fault occurs on the traction network due to the too high setting value and may misoperate due to the special load condition of the EMU and the structure of the traction power supply network.In order to analyze the causes of the refusal and misoperation and identify the current of high resistance ground fault and the current of EMU load,the current recording test is carried out on the feeders in traction substation and EMUs on high-speed railway.The characteristics and causes of current increment and high harmonic increment of feeder current in traction substation and load current of each EMU are analyzed.An improved scheme of current increment protection with high harmonic increment block is proposed,and the suggestions for the setting values of current increment and high harmonic increment block are put forward.Based on the current waveform analysis of field high resistance ground fault and EMU load and the modeling and simulation analysis of traction power supply system including EMU based on MATLAB/Simulink,the effectiveness of the proposed improved scheme on the identification between EMU load and high resistance ground fault is verified.
