铁路货场货运组织作业优化的探讨
Operation Optimization of Freight Organization in Railway Freight Yards
摘要
Abstract
In the context of fierce competition in the social logistics market,the percentage of high-efficiency and high-added-value white goods in the source category is growing year by year.To make railway freight develop towards modern logistics,it is necessary to promote the transformation and development of planning,organization,and production activities in railway freight yards towards precise management and intelligence upgrades,so as to improve customer service quality and reduce operation resource waste.By analyzing the current situation of freight organization in railway freight yards,as well as their spatial optimization and existing issues,the Deming cycle method was used.In terms of four phases:plan formulation,plan modification,plan execution,and plan review,corresponding optimization suggestions were proposed,including designing a calculation module for production worktime,developing tools to assist in the formulation of plans,constructing a comprehensive performance assessment system for loading and unloading operations,creating a regional reserve platform for loading and unloading resources,popularizing mobile terminals for information communication of field operations,integrating functions for the dynamic quantitative adjustment of resources,setting up visual production organization scenario,and building a thinking research and training platform for planning and organization.These suggestions are meant to provide references for freight production organization and operation optimization in railway freight yards.关键词
