摘要
Abstract
China Railway Container Company is steadily advancing modern logistics services such as international and domestic freight forwarding,pickup and delivery,and storage and custody of containers as a large state-owned container transport enterprise.With the shift from road to rail and the conversion from bulk cargo to containerized transport as key breakthrough points,the company is vigorously developing multimodal railway container transport,comprehensively and deeply integrating into China's multimodal transport system.In this way,the company has achieved remarkable overall development results and has continuously demonstrated growth momentum.By analyzing the development of China Railway Container Company's domestic multimodal transport trains,as well as the current issues and shortcomings in the operation of these trains,this paper proposed a strategy centered on accelerating the upgrades of six aspects:domestic train transport organization,logistics products,container equipment,digital platforms,internal collaboration,and business models.Besides,the strategy also aims to achieve qualitative improvement and continuous quantitative growth for China Railway Container Company's domestic multimodal transport trains.关键词
