上海港集装箱海铁联运发展对策研究
Development Countermeasure of Sea-Rail Intermodal Transportation of Containers in Shanghai Port
摘要
Abstract
Under the current development situation of optimizing and adjusting China's transport structure,studying the development countermeasure of sea-rail intermodal transportation of containers in Shanghai Port not only helps to alleviate urban traffic pressure and achieve low-carbon development but also helps to build a modernized shipping collection and distribution system with reasonable structure and efficient service.Firstly,this paper elaborated on the current development status of sea-rail intermodal transportation of containers in Shanghai Port.Secondly,it analyzed the shortcomings of sea-rail intermodal transportation of containers in Shanghai Port in three aspects:infrastructure,service quality,and subsidy policies.Finally,specific countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the perspectives of strengthening infrastructure construction,reducing the time of sea-rail intermodal transportation,lowering the costs of sea-rail intermodal transportation,expanding the market of sea-rail intermodal transportation,and creating an excellent development soft environment,so as to promote the high-quality development of sea-rail intermodal transportation of containers in Shanghai Port.关键词
