Abstract
In order to efficiently utilize the special resources of the railway system,such as lines,stations,and trains,and promote the supply side reform of railway passenger services,this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of tourism train operation and established a market-oriented management strategies.The strategies are centered on an open management concept supported by digitization,through redoubling resource development efforts and innovating organizational management model.Adhering to the open management concept,social resources is introduced into the market.This paper sorted out the surplus and idle railway station and train resources of the entire railway capacity through intensifying resources development efforts and proposed the plan for the development of cascade railway tourism resources.Demands for high-quality tourism trains are solicited from the whole society through innovating organizational and business models and customized tourism train products are launched.The railway tourism cooperation platform is built to expand the tourism train market,by guiding,motivating,and mobilizing railway and local cultural and tourism enterprises.The 12306 railway tourism product display and sales platform is built,providing digital support for the market-oriented operation of railway tourism trains.As an important practice for business transformation and development,the market-oriented operation of railway tourism trains has achieved significant results.关键词
