雅万高速铁路联调联试技术方案研究OA北大核心
Research on Technical Scheme of the Integrated Commissioning&Test of Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway
雅万高速铁路是我国高速铁路首次全系统、全要素、全产业链在海外落地的高速铁路项目.为实现我国高速铁路联调联试标准在雅万高速铁路的成功落地,确保联调联试工作顺利实施,在充分对比分析国内外高速铁路联调联试技术标准的基础上,对雅万高速铁路联调联试测试标准进行了研究,包括轨道、道岔、路基等测点选取的适应性以及振动、噪声、牵引供电等标准限值的适应性,并提出了雅万高速铁路联调联试标准适应性建议.基于雅万高速铁路的地理环境、设备设施以及现场组织机构分工等,分析了雅万高速铁路联调联试过程中将会面临的问题和技术难点,研究提出了联调联试标准选取及现场实施的技术方案,为雅万高速铁路开通运营提供了有效技术支撑.
Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway is China's first high speed railway project launched overseas with all systems,all elements and all industrial chains.In order to achieve the successful adoption of integrated commissioning&test standard for China's high speed railway on the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway and ensure the smooth implementation of integrated commissioning&test,this paper studied the test standards for Jakarta-Bandung High speed Railway,which involved the adaptability of measurement points selected such as track,turnout,roadbed.etc.,and the adaptability of value limit on vibration,noise,traction power supply,and gave suggestions on the adaptability of these standards.Based on the geographical environment,equipment&facilities and on-site organization division of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway,this paper analyzed the problems and technical challenges that may be encountered in the integrated commissioning and test,and put forward the technical scheme for the selection of the standards and their on-site implementation,which provides technical support for Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway opening and operation.
