驻村干部何以影响乡村治理?
How Do Resident Village Cadres Affect Village Governance?

Abstract
Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the village assistance has been a vital institutional arrangement and a key working mechanism for the current rural revitalization strategy.The varying impacts of village cadres in practice have become a significant topic of interest in both academic and practical circles.The"external integration—internal empowerment"analytical framework categorizes hybrid organizations into four distinct types:comprehensive arrangement,collaborative governance,rule through non-action,and inaction.According to a comparative analy-sis on the cases of Y County in M Province,strengthening village cadres'resource integration abili-ty and ability to drive development is a consistent way to assist villages in the context of rural revi-talization.Collaborative governance is identified as the ideal approach for village assistance.To a-chieve this,it is necessary to improve the cadre selection and assignment mechanism,standardize the daily management of cadres,and strengthen the process control of village cadres,in order to re-alize the close connection between assimilation mechanism,integration mechanism,and cultivation mechanism,and thus contribute to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.关键词
