Relationship Reconstruction:The Practice and Intrinsic Logic of Individual Mobilization in Grassroots Society

Abstract
As a connection mechanism,relationship has been quite widely applied in the practice of grassroots social governance.With the changes of the governance foundation and governance struc-ture in the grassroots society,the space for village cadres to coordinate public affairs through the acquaintance relationship between individuals is gradually narrowing.Therefore,new types of rela-tionships such as the working relationship based on administrative tasks,the political relationship based on the grassroots party organization,the neighborhood relationship with the life demand as the carrier,and the competitive relationship with the villagers'group as the basis have become im-portant starting points for mobilizing rural residents to participate in social governance.Different types of relationships not only reflect the demand characteristics among various governance sub-jects,but also reflect the dependence and exchange among governance subjects,maintaining the basic order of rural society.关键词
