Level Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution of Healthy China Construction
摘要
Abstract
This paper constructs a measurement index system for the construction level of Healthy China from three dimen-sions:health status,health governance,and health security.Using the panel data of 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020,the paper em-ploys entropy-weight TOPSIS method,Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,the standard deviation ellipse,Mar-kov chain and kernel density estimation to analyze the construction level of Healthy China and its source of differences,spatial pattern,dynamic and temporal evolution rules.The research results are shown as follows:From the perspective of construction lev-el,the construction level of Healthy China shows a trend of increasing year by year,with the distribution characteristics of high in the east,moderate in the middle and low in the west.From the perspective of differences,the overall difference of the construction level of Healthy China is large and the regional difference is the main reason for the overall difference of the construction level of Healthy China.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the level of Healthy China construction is polarizing toward the southeast.From the perspective of dynamic evolution,the construction level of Healthy China has a viscosity of maintaining and upward transfer and is difficult to develop across levels.From the perspective of temporal evolution,the construction level of Healthy Chi-na has been improving year by year,and all regions except the central region are showing a multi-polarized development trend.关键词
