Observation on the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Idiopathic facial nerve paralysis
[目的]评价电针联合中药外敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效和安全性.[方法]符合纳入与排除标准的180名特发性面神经麻痹患者按1∶1∶1比例被随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,治疗1组采用电针治疗,治疗2组采用电针联合中药外敷治疗,对照组采用西药口服治疗,3组患者均接受3周的治疗.主要结局指标为Sunnybrook面部分级系统(SFGS)评分,次要结局指标为House-Brackmann分级量表(HBGS)评分,Nottingham Syste…查看全部>>
