母-胎界面滋养细胞自噬诱发胎盘植入的研究进展
Research progress of placental implantation induced by trophoblast autophagy at the maternal-fetal interface
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy is a catalytic process that maintains the homeostasis of eukaryotic cells.It mainly degrades damaged macromolecules and cytoplasmic components to provide new building materials for cell synthesis.More and more studies have shown that autophagy plays a key role in balancing immunity and inflammation.In particular,the extravillous trophoblast cells derived from embryo conduct interactive dialogue with other cells during the process of contact with the mother embryo,affecting the occurrence,implantation of embryo,and pregnancy maintenance.In the maternal-fetal interface,the expression of autophagy is closely related to the survival,invasion,and antiviral function of trophoblast,and abnormal expression will lead to a series of pathological states.Trophoblast is the main component of the placenta,and excessive invasion is the main factor for placental implantation.This article reviews recent studies on trophoblast autophagy inducing placental implantation at the maternal-fetal interface.关键词
