摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 67 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Laixi Shuiji Central Health Hospital from March 2019 to January 2022 were included and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(34 cases)was treated with moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction,and the control group(33 cases)was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules.The total effective rate and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction can improve the clinical effect and clinical symptoms in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.关键词
