Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 112 neonates with jaundice in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,and the study group was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,time of jaundice symptom disappearance,length of hospitalization,and levels of serum bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of jaundice disappearance and length of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of direct bilirubin(DBil),indirect bilirubin(IBil),and total bilirubin(TBil)in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of DBil,IBil,and TBil in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation treating neonatal jaundice can reduce the level of serum bilirubin,promote the regression of jaundice,and has significant clinical effect.关键词
