摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of long bone fracture of limbs in children.Methods A total of 82 children with long bone fracture of limbs in Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method.The reference group(41 cases)was treated with internal plate fixation,and the study group(41 cases)was treated with elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,fracture healing time,and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation in treatment of long bone fracture of limbs in children has remarkable clinical effect,which can reduce complications and promote rehabilitation,and is worth popularizing.关键词
