Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of incision infection after cesarean section in elderly parturient. Methods The clinical data of 355 elderly parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Heze City from March 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the presence or absence of incision infection, they were divided into infection group(31 cases)and non-infection group(324 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of incision infection after cesarean section in elderly parturient. Results There were statistically significant differences in gestational diabetes mellitus, body mass index(BMI),premature rupture of membranes, operation time, and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P<0.05).Gestational diabetes mellitus, high BMI,premature rupture of membranes, long operation time, and large amount of intraoperative blood loss were independent risk factors for incision infection after cesarean section in elderly parturient(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus, high BMI,premature rupture of membranes, long operation time, and large amount of intraoperative blood loss are risk factors for incision infection after cesarean section in elderly parturient.Clinical intervention measures should be actively taken to ensure the postpartum recovery effect of parturient.关键词
