Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline nebulized inhalation in the adjunctive treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 78 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in Qingdao Jimo District Daxin Health Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the combination group and the control group by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medication treatment,and the combination group received adjuvant treatment with Budesonide combined with Terbutaline nebulized inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators,inflammation indicators,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the two groups increased,and those in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,and lung moist rales,and hospitalization time in the combination group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Terbutaline nebulized inhalation has a good adjuvant therapeutic effect in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,which can improve lung function and reduce the relevant inflammatory indicators,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
