Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in Binzhou City Zhanhua District Binhai Town Health Center from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories,and the experimental group was treated with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,immune function,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the various TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is better,which can improve clinical symptoms and immune function,without increasing adverse reactions and with a low recurrence rate.关键词
