Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Injection in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension and its influence on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational hypertension in Yuncheng County People's Hospital from March 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Sustained-Release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 71.11% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of endothelin(ET)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than 20.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Compound Danshen Injection in patients with gestational hypertension can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of ET,increase the level of NO,improve the pregnancy outcomes,and reduce complications.关键词
