Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 160 children with pneumonia treated in Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acetyl Cysteine,and the observation group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indicators,symptoms improvement time,and immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature and disappearance time of cough,asthma,lung rales,and X-ray shadows in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children,accelerate symptoms improvement,and improve immune function.关键词
