Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology in aesthetic implant restoration of female anterior teeth.Methods A total of 102 female patients planning to undergo aesthetic implant restoration of anterior teeth admitted to Handan Aiyan Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The study group was treated with 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology,while the control group was treated with traditional implant restoration method.The accuracy after implantation,clinical effect,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The deviations of depth,angle,apical distance,and neck distance in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The probing depth of the study group was shallower than that of the control group,the sulcus bleeding index and the modified plaque index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was(98.25±0.12)points,which was higher than(83.64±0.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology in aesthetic implant restoration of female anterior teeth has good accuracy and clinical efficacy,and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
