共情护理在女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果
Application effect of empathic nursing in female patients with depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of empathic nursing in female patients with depression.Methods A total of 86 female patients with depression admitted to Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from May 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(using routine nursing)and the observation group(using routine nursing+empathic nursing),with 43 cases in each group.The depression degree,mood state,sleep quality,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton depression scale-17 in both groups decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of fatigue,panic,nervousness,and anger in both groups decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of energy and self-esteem in both groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index in both groups decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 in both groups increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathic nursing for female patients with depression can significantly improve their negative mood and mood state,increase their sleep quality and quality of life,and achieve satisfactory intervention effect.关键词
