Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in parturients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 104 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Yangxin County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the parturients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,and the observation group received the rapid rehabilitation nursing.The psychological state,postoperative related indicators,incidence of complications,initiation time of lactation,and postoperative lactation volume score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of self-rating anxiety scale was(35.32±3.31)points and the score of self-rating depression scale was(34.39±3.26)points in the observation group,which were lower than(44.27±4.22)and(43.83±4.17)points in the control group(P<0.05).The incision healing time was(6.12±0.53)days,the exhaust time was(14.36±1.41)hours,and the time of getting out of bed was(12.07±3.57)hours in the observation group,which were shorter than(8.85±0.84)days,(24.35±2.52)hours,and(21.59±4.42)hours in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.92%,which was lower than 15.38% in the control group(P<0.05).The initiation time of lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the postoperative lactation volume scores at 24 and 48 hours were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing in parturients with cesarean section can effectively alleviate negative psychology,reduce complications,and promote postpartum recovery and lactation.关键词
