精细化护理在小儿腹泻中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Lanling County Jinling Health Center from January to December 2022 were selected and divided by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)received intensive nursing.The clinical symptom remission time,complications,quality of life,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life after nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine nursing intervention in children with diarrhea can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of physiological function.关键词
