Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in children vaccination.Methods A total of 96 children inoculated in Xiajiazhuang Health Center in Boshan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing and the observation group(48 cases)received systematic nursing.The degree of cooperation,adverse reactions,family satisfaction,and cognition of vaccination knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The inoculation compatibility of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Family members of the observation group had higher scores on vaccination type,adverse reaction treatment,vaccination time,and prevention than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing in the process of child vaccination is accurate,which can improve children's cooperation in vaccination,reduce adverse reactions,and improve family members'cognition of vaccination knowledge and nursing satisfaction.关键词
